An ACT program manager stewards each step in your product’s life cycle, from receipt of proposal through purchase order, materials procurement, and kitting to fulfillment, testing, and shipment. The program manager leads an integrated program team (IPT) to ensure thorough attention to your requirements, change order management, resolution of issues, and compliance.
